Wine Dinner featuring Winemaker Sonia Carpenter & Viticulturist David Craw & Chef Mike Harris - Maison Tait House      

You are invited to meet winemaker Sonia Carpenter and viticulturist David Craw of Motts Landing; a 6.5 acre vineyard on the shores of Washademoak Lake.  They have spent the last 12 years growing grapes and learning how to make wine, with much of this time spent in the vineyards of Gisbourne, New Zealand. Today Sonia and Dave have one goal - to make the best wine in the Maritimes! Chef Mike Harris and Winemaker Sonia Carpenter got together a while back to talk food and taste wine and presto - our first winemaker's dinner!  Chef Mike and Sonia will take us through five courses and nine wines.  Tickets are $ 99 per person ( plus tax and gratuity).  Book today!

News  - Chef Mike's fall menu includes new additions such as foie gras from Ferme du diamant, sesame crusted tuna, seafood linguini and salmon wellington.     Tuesdays are Pop Up Italian - try Chef's pasta creations for $ 12 a plate.  5 pm to 8 pm.  Join us for happy hour at Wine Down Fridays -  festival wines by the glass and complimentary hors d'oeuvres  Fridays 5 pm - 7 pm through November.
